Mr. Waleed Faisal Al Massoud Al Fehaid

Mr. Waleed Faisal Al Massoud Al Fehaid is the owner of the Group and the son of the founder. He is a senior business executive with over 20 years of experience, including a significant tenure working with the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA).
Mr. Al-Fehaid was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business Administration from the American University in Paris in 1995. His early career included rigorous training with global financial institutions such as Ernst & Young, JP Morgan, and UBS Asset Management.
From 2000 to 2014, he was in charge of the Kuwaiti Investment Authority's investments in Morocco. Prior to that, he worked with the Kuwaiti Real Estate Investment Consortium, gaining deep insight into regional property markets.
In recognition of his achievements in Morocco, he was decorated by HM The King of Morocco with the Moroccan Alaoui Degree as Commander. Waleed currently serves as a board member for several companies and NGO organizations across the Middle East and Africa.
