The National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) and the Moroccan-Kuwaiti Development Consortium (CMKD) have signed a strategic three-year framework agreement to enhance the employability of job seekers within the tourism sector. Signed in Casablanca by ANAPEC Director General Hafid Kamal and CMKD Director Waleed El Fehaid, the partnership focuses on meeting the human resource needs of large-scale tourism projects.

This collaboration specifically supports the “Plan Biladi,” focusing on key developments in Tangier, Ifrane, and Sidi Abed. Under the agreement, ANAPEC commits to identifying suitable candidates, providing information on recruitment incentives, and co-financing “contractualized training” to align candidate profiles with specific job requirements. In return, CMKD will centralize and report the recruitment needs of its various subsidiaries. To ensure success, a national steering committee and regional project committees have been established to monitor progress and issue annual activity reports.
